A Healthy Work Culture for Everyone
Inquilab is a start-up consultancy service, that supports HR departments with building and maintaing a healthy workplace culture and office environment.
A healthy workplace culture is proven to be highly beneficial to companies, as they would avoid losing serious money from high employee turnover and wasted training, and turnover more profit with boosted employee morale.
Because really - who hasn't been through a toxic experience while at work?

To clearly communicate the service that Inquilab provides to consumers, with relateable office moments.
We approached this using 2D animation to keep the visual medium kind to the eye during uncomfortable scenes, and using sound design to set the atmosphere.
An energising animation film that's easily understandable by consumers, while also representing Inquilab as a fun brand, that tackles not-so-fun office problems.
Kind to the Eye
This brand awarness film needed to visualise uncomfortable work scenarios in the office that is relatable to viewers.
To keep these scenes kind to the eye, we used 2D animation to the film, to retain content viewership while building emotional relatability. By using 2D animation, it allowed us to also recreate a nostalgic feel in line with the many 2D corporate animations that we've all seen in the past.
For the voiceover, we invited the Founder to an audio booth to professionally record the voiceover script that we wrote. When learning about the brand with the client, the passion in her voice and explanation was so radiant and strong, it was clear no voice would represent Inquilab better than herself.
This way, when HR departments and decision makers discover the film, they are spoken to directly from the Founder herself.
